    Following are the main difference between them:-
    a. Servo Motor produce high torque on static position.
    b. This motor is not overheated on low speed or still position.
    c. Having ability to change its direction.
    d. Should possess ability to increase or decrease the speed at any position or specific speed.

    Basically servo motors are motors which can hold their position and rotate to any angle as required by the operator. Servo motors can also be Industrial Motors, which will basically be of much higher capacity.

    You should look into other kinds of motors like, Induction motors or synchronous motors. These two are more used in regular industry. Servos are mostly used in cases involving automation.
